Expert Witness

Serves as advisor to the Vice President (Rail Project) and others on change order and claims related issues. Provides advice to Project management and staff and serves as the Project’s representative for any issues related to claims management.  Assesses newly submitted Contractor claims for validity; coordinates with the DCMP management team to identify potential claims.

Senior Planning Consultant with a team of 8 planners for the NMOQ New Museum of Qatar ($435 Million facility) during the Engineering, Procurement Construction and Commissioning phases covering all Earthworks, Civils, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Scada works. Responsibilities includes developing of master schedule, critical path analysis and impact of progress and scope changes on previously scheduled target dates, delay Analysis and Forensic Planning.

Senior Manager in the London office of Accuracy, Project Advisory and Disputes practice. Specialising in forensic construction programming, project advisory and dispute resolution

Management of the Planning function. 

Assisting external agencies on project administration.

Assisting on critical delay and time disputes. 

Acting as an Expert Witness (or providing practical and technical support to other Stapleton appointed Expert witness.)

Project Director for leading European project management company specialising in large luxury yacht construction. Experienced expert witness appearing in High Court commercial cases & Abritration proceedings.

Haitham is a Civil Engineer with experience in planning and project controls as a main contractor and consultant, providing planning, project and programme management, delay and disruption analysis and claims management services. Haitham has claims experience in Middle East and Africa and has worked on a number of civil engineering, heavy industry, building, oil & gas and offshore disputes.

 Haitham has been awarded with the Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (LETAPAEWE).
