I currently work for Costain at London Bridge Station Redevelopment, since working here I have experienced planning for civil works undertaken by Costain (otherwise known as self-delivery works) and Early works such as demolition, piling and drainage (which have been part self-delivery and part subcontracted).
I do both short term and long term planning.

I am currently the senior planner for Mott Macdonald Bentley working on all AMP5 schemes for Yorkshire water based in the Leeds office.  I also prepare tender submission programmes and have worked on multiple schemes for Severn Trent.  Prior to becoming a planner I have 10years of site experience from being an engineer through to site agent.  I have also gained commercial experience from being part of the estimating team.

I am an active member of the MMB BIM working group and have experience using a number of 4D planning software packages.

Currently Working on the Yorkshire Water Large Contract Framework £10m +

Responsible for the Planning of a Major upgrade at the Ratcliffe Power Station Uk, working as part of the kaefer C&D team to provide the service of: Access, Thermal Insulation, Industrial painting and Cleaning and Civil & Construction Works. I am responsible as Snr. Project Planner to schedule all relevent task and track progress and productivity.

As Part of this I am also the lead Planner of the removal of asbesto's material at Ratcliffe Power Station.
