 Creating and maintaining fully resourced and cost loaded project plans for a defence contractor.

Using MSP, Primavera P3 and P6 I create the master project plans, and report EV and progress data from them

 Using MSP I create "What If's and theoretica scenarios to enable change requests and variations to be understood by the Project Managers.

Produce Tender Programmes

Produce Fully Cost Loaded Contractual Programmes for Client.

Update and report Progress.

Reporting / S Curves / Milestone Trackes

SPI / CPI / EV

Resource / Cost Loading.

Westinghouse Rail Systems are exclusive suppliers of signalling equipment for the Metronet Consortium on both the BCV and SSL refurbishment projects for London Underground. The SSL project is currently in the design phase and the application / installation programmes are currently being developed. As a member of the SSL project team, tasked with the development, maintenance and progressing of a mid-level (7500 activities) baseline programme for the entire SSL project (£700m). Reporting directly to both the Senior Project Manager and Programme Manager.

With over 25years experience in The Heavy Civils & Construction Industry. I have had the benefit of working on some of the very best projects both in the UK and overseas. Starting as a Site Engineer and progressively working up to Project Director I have gained extensive expierence of all aspects of Project Delivery at the highest level having worked on major Highway, Bridges, Rail and Water schemes.
