Duties and Responsibilities:

Estimate / quantify work items based on approved construction drawings, existing field conditions and specifications.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly manpower, materials, and equipment schedules.
Prepare quantity take-off and evaluate cost proposals.
Prepare accomplishment reports for sub-con billing and performance
Ensure the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project assignment.
Perform tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company’s QEHSMS Manual.
Preparing tender and contract documents, including
