Estimating and Tendering

Project Manager and Construction Manager in Residential and Commercial Buildings Industry, Renewable Energy, Oil&Gas and Infrastructure.

Duties covering the full project cycle from scope definition and contractual agreement through to stakeholder, supplier, resource, quality and cost management to ensure handover on time (using Ms Project 2003 and Primavera P5) and within budget.

·         Worked with a team of planners on RGP5 Project and was also the designated shutdown planner for managing pre-shut works and shutdown works on 12 shuts. These shutdowns were implemented successfully according to the client.

·         Was involved on Lynas Rare Earths Construction Project for some months.

·         Also supported the bid team for tendering with developing schedules and assisting with manpower estimating.

Over twenty-eight (28) years of diverse engineering / estimation experience in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Iran and Asia. Vast experienced in tendering especially in preparation of EPC tender for civil & infrastructure, tunnels, airport, highway & bridges, high rise building, railroads, offshore/onshore marine works, commercial buildings, malls, hospitals, dams, ports & harbours etc.; contract negotiation; estimation; budget preparation and project implementation.
