EPCM Planning & Scheduling

Preparation of the Full Contract Schedule including Design, Emgineering, Procurement, Construction and Validation using Primavera P6. The Engineering component of the programme included Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Building Services and Validation. WSP were the Principle Contractor on the project and my responsbilities included incorporating and planning the subcontract works as well as works to be carried out by the client and the client's term contractors.

Project planner responcible for cradle to grave schedules from Detail engineering to Commissioing, Develop baseline with team, tracking progress and reporting. Mainly mineral processing plants (Gold, Platinum, Copper) but i do have some underground mining experience
