· Assisting 3 Project Managers for 5 high rise towers in administration and correspondence
· Planning resources & cost control of the associated projects
Establishing the Planning Department including resourcing, implementing policies, procedures etc.
Supervision of Planning Engineers and reviewing their works.
Responsible for preparing and reviewing baseline schedules for all the projects of the company.

Risk Analysis for all the projects
Progress Review and Critical Path Analysis
Determination of recovery schedules to mitigate delay.
Review/Assist in preparation of EOT by planning engineers
Productivity Analysis and review.
