Planning and controlling the Senoro Gas Development Project in Sulawesi under Owner Organization & Management. The Project facilities consist of CPP Trains 2 X 155 MMScfd with 23 KM Sales Gas Pipeline, 5 Cluster of Wellheads, and Jetty Head Facility.
Dual role alongside Senior Planning Engineer. Responsible for managing the monthly cost forecast,accruals, resource profile, change process and the development of the yearly budget.
New Thames estuary crossing linking Kent and Essex. Brought in to with a fast track assignment to raise the reporting maturity level appropriate for a £6bn project. Focusing on establishing reporting requirements, a reporting breakdown structure and associated dashboards. Improvement of information visibility to the client, exec team and delivery teams. Ingrain a reporting drumbeat throughout the project. Ensure governance and control to data flow. Setup a data warehouse or single source of truth and point of contact. Support delivery & functional teams to improve data maturity.
Project management trainer. Designing courses (e.g., Anglo Projects Way Course; PMP® Exam Preparation Course; Scheduling Best Practices Course; etc.); delivering training; overseeing training administration; ensuring maintenance and upkeep of certification status with e.g., PMI, AACE International; etc.
Manage costs and forecasts for subcontract/prime contract, change management and invoice review for projects up to $800M.
Develop, and advise on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for project health.
Coordinate with project lead personnel for internal and external reporting inputs including Project Controls Statement, Total Installed Cost (TIC), manpower projections, and field changes.
Assist quantity surveyor with verifying field installation of civil, MEP and major equipment for progress and Earned Value Analysis (EVA) in new 1.3 million mt/year methanol unit.
