·     Project manager for the construction of 4 drilling rigs modules (OSX WHP 1&2). Project was a consortium with Norwegian companies and had interfaces in Singapore, Vietnam, Houston and Brazil offices. Multicultural project. Contract value of U$ 22M.

·     Responsible for the working group to implement a PMO in SAM.

·     Focal point for Project Management of M-I SWACO in SAM.

Responsible for drilling project control as wells as cost control reports,Daily Cost estimation and

control, invoice control, Contracts commitment register,Purchase orders followup(tracking orders and

matching with financial information,Overall monthly reporting and presentation for total offshore project

to client,Responsible for operation phase planning including manpower planning & scheduling & budget

preparation & subcontractor control
