Analysed the management information requirements of this four nation, high tech, multi-discipline project, reviewed current systems and recommended hardware and software requirements, configuration and applications. An Artemis 6000 system was purchased after a period of evaluation. Developed integrated planning and cost control systems and reports with colour graphics.

Responsible for developing Standards/ procedures with regards to Schedule management.Strategic Planning Role, Reviewing Contractor/Consultant Schedule. Preparing the overall master schedule.Creating standard Work Breakdown Structure etc. advising client on the benefits of implementing schedule management at project and program level.
