Delay Claim Analysis

I am experienced project planning and controls professional with extensive skills using Primavera P3, P5 and P6 in the  Power distribution ,Oil & gas ,Rail  and Highway engineering sector .I can comfortable working as part of an integrated team or completely independently. I have extensive professional record of developing and maintaining realistic schedules for projects of all types. I have skills in identifying potential problems and providing innovative and effective solutions on projects of all sizes.

u  Currently I am working on Scottish Power , Scottish Southern Energy and National grid projects.

u  Assisted project team in balancing the competing project constraints including but not limited to; scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk.

u  Assisted project managers in rolling wave planning and progressive elaboration.

u  Used time impact analysis to assess the impact of discreet risk events.

I am the Scheduling Department Manager for Balfour Beatty Construction Southwest Division.  I have a Construction Management BS and MS degre from Colorado State University.  I am certified PSP from AACE International and 35 years in construction in the San diego, California area.  I owned a schedulng consultant business for 8 years starting in 2002 performing project schedulng and delay analysis.

·            Working closely with the Project Manger & Construction managers as required in implementation of procedures, system and reports for project status including budgets, expenditures, schedules, and project progress and forecasts Conducting Feasibility Studies.

·            Preparation of Interim Claim based on (Window analysis /Impacted as plan method).
