Outline:

Reporting to the Site Manager and our client ExxonMobil; I am responsible for the Planning all Civil Engineering projects for Trant Engineering at Fawley Refinery.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop preliminary schedules and establish key dates for all phases of EPCC Projects including tendering, FEED and execution
• Organize, monitor, control and ensure delivery of the Program Master Schedule / Program Management Plan for all Packages EPC, including the integration Program Master Schedule
• Supervise, monitor and inspect contractors' work during the contract execution to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of contract, and report any discrepancy between contract and actual work

My Daily duties have me working on around 50 programmes split between 4 delivery engineers. I am responsible for critical path reporting, updating the programmes with the information from the delivery engineers, cost loading and keeping track of any and all costs associated with the programme by way of forecasting, accruing and actualising costs in line with information gathered from our team of QS's.
