Seconded to Danagas Sharjah as planning and cost engineer for Zora offshore field developement Project.

• Act as integrated Project Controls engineer for the Zora Project

• Assist in obtaining third party certification of project expenditure for project funding.

• Creating work programme working with related disciplines (electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, exc.) in Asta Powerproject.
• Making manpower analysis and preparing S curve, then making performance analysis.
• Preparing monthly progress report.
• Preparing and monitoring project budget and making required uptade dynamically.
• Preparing financial reports.

EPC Planning engineer: planning, scheduling, production controls, reporting, impact analysis.

I'm currently working for BFK JV on the Crossrail Project as a Cost Planner. As Crossrail strive towards 'World Class', we as the Contractor are expected to produce high quality, accurate information; Where better to get this than from a well led Project Controls Team. Initially I was working on aligning the Costs with Activities in the Schedule so that we could track our progress more effectively with the use of EVM and the Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
