Project Controller, part of the PMO team that the programmes for the work streams that are part of the additional changes to the HETCo 1 main project. Cost and resource load and maintain the change programme to enable the final handover of Heathrow Terminal 2A. 

Project Controls Capability Leader

·            Working closely with the Project Manger & Construction managers as required in implementation of procedures, system and reports for project status including budgets, expenditures, schedules, and project progress and forecasts Conducting Feasibility Studies.

·            Preparation of Interim Claim based on (Window analysis /Impacted as plan method).
