Manufactured a topside winch and reeler spread with a central PLC control cabin for the Brent Delta decommissioning project - Project Value £1.2Million

 Completed a £4Million manufacturing project utilising a team of engineers, draughting and subcontracted resources for the build which is now being commissioned for a deployment spread to deliver three chain winches used successfully to lay the largest mooring chain in the world.

 Managing hire projects including the first ACE Reel Drive System, up to £1Million

 Leading FAT's for both new build equipment and hire assets

Started Forbes Solutions Ltd, a Project Management and Controls company and have recently completed out first successful project over the last eight months.

Working in a decomissioning project in the North Sea with a suite of bespoke tools it has been very successful.

During this period I worked at Monitor with an ERP product called Mpower that was used globally for real time project cost management.  It was easily integrated with existing systems and planning tools. 

During my time at Monitor I passed my APMP and studied planning and the use of software tools including MS Project and Primavera and risk management.

Houston Regional Office; Responsible for support and coordination of all applications used by Project Controls such as Estimating, Cost Control, Scheduling, and reporting software. Established standards for application integration as well as training programs for these tools. Pioneered first multi user networks utilizing UNIX operating systems for Project Controls use.

·         Planning/Controlling/Managing Multiple Projects at any Point of Time.

Responsibilities include problem solving, trouble-shooting, schedule planning & development, and preparation of project- related documents such as Basis of Schedule, Schedule Management Plan, Schedule Risk Analysis, etc.

·         5 years of work experience using Oracle Primavera Project Management.

·         2 years of work experience as Primavera P6 Planner in international general construction company LTD “Gerc”.

·         1 years of work experience as Project Manager in international general construction company LTD “Gerc”.

General Manager, Project Management, Infrastructure Services and Wholesale

• Creation of a ‘Centre of Excellence’ in Project Management. Management of 154 Project Management personnel.
• Chaired group responsible for determining the fiscal control of Telstra’s projects.
• Chaired Telstra’s cross company Project Management Council.
• Developed Special Interest Groups, a consolidated guidebook to Project execution in Telstra, systems engineering processes and procedures, and 14 Key metrics to project success.

Project Manager for the development of the Nulka Missile.

This project was behind schedule and running over cost.  ASTA developed the system, body and all flight controls.

Responsibility for turning-around the Nulka missile development Project.  

Turned around the contract to be 7 months ahead of schedule, and $1.6M under cost.
