Cost Estimation and Preparation of CTRs

• Create 3 week and 3 month look ahead schedule highlighting critical path activities• Estimating and revising workpack budgets provided by client• Estimate the budget for additional works and create Project Changes Notice• Issuing weekly / monthly progress, manpower and photo reports with : Histograms, S‐Curve and tab

Duties:

• Maintaining scheduled plans at different levels for Subsea control system projects.
• Monitoring and reporting deviations from sub-contractors, Engineering and Procurement Departmenton project critical activities to management.
• Planning and reporting project requirements are included in all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
• Identifying and collating technical documentation in understanding required project deliverables.
• Detailing logical network for fabrication and test activities in defining need dates for all ma
