Supporting the Project Managers in the day to day Project Controls functions such as cost control, capturing risk, change, progress and milestones for projects and bids.
· Study and understand the complete scope of work of the contract.
· Derive / finalize the necessary materials (BOQ) and other necessary resources for executing the scope of Work from the Drawings.
· Assist Procurement team and arrange for Procurement of Project materials.
· Prepare “Work Packs” for LTFT reactor, Vessels & Piping modification works.
· Study and understand the complete scope of work of the contract.

- Setting and Monitoring Schedules and Cost Baselines
- Reforecast Budget at Completion
- Preparation of Cash Flow
- Elaboration of Reports to the Client and the Steering Committee

Estimating - Developing drilling and testing estimates in liaison with Well Engineering Team
Cost and Progress Reporting - Cost tracking on day to day basis.
Achieving the scheduled performance, cost, quality, health, safety and environmental requirements of the project from contract award to Operations acceptance whilst negotiating all contract changes with the EPC, Vendors and Contractors if necessary. Authorization to determine all matters affecting the implementation and operation of the contract. Initiating the formulation of project policy or recommendations for the Client in all key areas in particular planning, procurement, estimating, and constructing and contract changes.
