Planning Engineer and Tender Planner on various major refurbishment schemes in London and the Home Counties. 

Management of the Planning Team for Ultra-Ithra contractors for MC6 Master Systems Integrator for Airport IT Systems, IT Networks & Security Systems.

International Broadcast Centre and Media Hub Enabling Works (£2.5m)

Contract Planner for design and construct contract under NEC 3 ECC Contract Conditions. Works located within 2012 Olympic Park to provide enabling works for the construction of the international broadcast studios and press offices.

Outer Harbour – Scope G Works (£2.1m)

Tender and Contract Planner for construct only contract under FIDIC Conditions of Contract, 4^th Edition. Works located at Great Yarmouth Outer Harbour development to provide around 41,000m² hard-standings to create an operation port area. Contract involved the construction of block paving areas complete with electrical ducting, lighting towers 40m in height, approx.

Period Summary:         I was fortunate to be employed at the commencement of the Trackwork, Overhead Catenary and M&E Systems Project and utilized my experience to develop and integrate project controls procedures including Change Management.

Principal Planner on the Scottish Water Framework.  Manage and oversee the work of the Framework planning team and ensure that all projects have an appropriate level of planning cover.  In addition, undertake a Tender Planning role on numerous Civils, Water, Power and Waste (Biomass) projects to secure further work.  Also lead planner on Low Moss Prison civils works.  Responsible for the cost and programme management of all schemes.  Proficient in the use of the networked Primavera Enterprise on which on Framework projects are managed.
