Directly responsible for provision and coordination of all activities in the project including cost control, invoicing, variation claims, change management, planning, payment resolution, as well as the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts.  Managed project execution, stakeholder engagement,resource allocation, and governance processes throughout the project lifecycle.Analyzed reports for profitability, manpower productivity, efficiency, and resources.

• Exercising full responsibility for thermal generation power plants proposals and bid preparation.
• Coordinating proposal efforts with the technical division, construction department, subcontractors,
• Overseeing the proposal team; coordinating efforts and ensuring all timelines are met.

·     Project co-ordination with Engineering, Procurement & Execution

·     Establishing Project Cost Estimation (ACE).

·     Monthly Job cost report & Cost control measures.

·     Preparing resource requirement schedule.( Plant, Manpower, Staff, Bulk material, Infrastructure etc)
