Senior partner of Italian consultancy firm P.R.S. (Planning, Ricerche e Studi), in order to monitor large ICT outsourcing contracts, on behalf of top Italian Government Public Administrations

As a Database Analyst in the Procurement Unit, I support the Procurement Manager in in-depth review of tender and bid documents, review of Project Master Schedule for all Procurement activities and monitor the progress of the project phases in accordance with the scheduled times, cost, quality estimates and objectives. I am also responsible for sourcing and recommending suitable and qualified suppliers for the materials/services needs of the organization, monitoring and evaluating vendor performance, as well as maintenance of procurement database and management information systems.
