Duties

Short term (quartely) planning for a section of works in a civil engineering project using MS Projects

Montoring and updating progress

Planning Engineer  & Technical Office Engineer

1. Creating Time Schedule
2. Cost Control Reports
3. Cash Flow
4. Monthly Payment Certificate
5. Updating Time Schedule
6. Monthly Progress Reports
7. Quantity Surveying

1. Productivity Report and Monthly update of Actual man hours versus Budget Man-hours
2. Preparing cash –flow chart and comparing expected expenditure against schedule income.
3. Comparing actual cost report to the budget cost and projecting the cost at the end of the projects
4. Total Budget report including direct and indirect cost, Labor, material, equipment and subcontractor.
5. Material Coordinator & Follow up
6. Workshop Drawing (Structural)
7. Quantity Surveying

1. Responsible For The Development Of for construction, Schedule.
2. Take The Lead In The Creation Of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) And Development Of Schedules And Budget Data (Including Resource Loading) For Those WBS Elements.
   Analyzes Unit Rates To The Extent That The Estimate To Complete Unit Rates Is Well Understood And Defendable.
3. Analyzes Schedule Progress And Performance And Identifies Developing Problem Areas.
   Assembles And Compiles Schedule And Cost Data And Inputs Into The Project Control Database And Provide Output To The Project Team.
