MMWPCPL (Madurai Municipal Waste Processing Co Pvt Ltd) is a Government and Private partnership Company formed to manage the solid waste from the Entire Madurai City. The Private partner is SPML.

My main job responsibilities were as follows:

·         Planning and Executing the Job as per the Design and Drawings.

·         Preparation of Bar bending Schedules and estimation of Resource requirements.

Presently I am a part of project monitoring and planning group at our Sobha Silicon Osasis Project and 

Majorly Involved in

Preparation of tender programs, involvement in early contractor engagement teams, coaching staff.

Study and prepare master schedule.

Prepare proposed equipment and manpower loading.

Monitoring of project cost through planned vs actual accomplishment (Using S-curve).

Study, prepare and reconcile project time extension claim.

Attends meetings and projet conferences to discuss the status of the projects, problems encountered and the solution of it. 

Maintain records and composes correspondence relative to work that may use for future references.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of the project.
