Scheduling support includes providing a fully cost loaded schedule with approximately 2300 activities with a 500 bid item cost account dictionary as well as providing schedule consulting services to the mechanical sub-contractor Maple Reinders. Implemented TILOS software (Liner scheduling software) for the project.
