Construction Management

Matt is a Lead Planning Manager and Consultancy owner providing expert planning management skills to a variety of organisations.  He brings a well-rounded experience, managing teams of planners, which are able to deliver reliable and value added schedule management services.   Exposed to many industries, he recognises the importance of planning interfaces and effective communication in delivering successful project outcomes. 

Commissioned office and civil engineer in US Coast Guard, Facilities Engineering Branch at Coast Guard Training Center in Petaluma, California.  Managed design and construction contracts for building and infrastructure projects.  Interviewed and selected design consultants, prepared construction bid documents, inspected construction work, reviewed and approved schedules and billings.

Director of Project Controls for large Independent Power Producer.  Responsible for Cost, Schedule, Claim Support, Document Contol for a 22 billiion capitol improvement buildout.  83 combined cycle and peaker projects developed, constructed, commissioned and put into operations in six years.

Consultant to the Owner on a twin unit 620MW Coal Facility.
