Worked with Project Control team for developing a Refinery Complex in Sharjah HAMRIYA . Planning work required for process refinery Tank form. Planning engineering design, projects and construction planning, scheduling and reporting. Build overall plans and schedules for conceptual, front-end designs, schedule estimates for the execution phase of projects, plans and schedules for construction service till the commissioning Stage integrated plans for various Phases & multiple units of refinery and Oil Movement & Storage and Jetty.
Project management consultant. Planning management of the Tramway of Constantine:
- Time management;
- Project activities co-ordination;
- Contractual and operational planning and scheduling;
- Monthly reports to the client;
- Elaboration of a Gantt time schedule linked automatically to the trip diagram;
- Development of a VBA EXCEL tool for the cost/incomes control.
Work as a Technical Officer and Coordinator for Architectural works. Work responsibility is to study all working drawings then provide technical solutions and detailed drawings on all issues that will be encountered on the construction stage but maintaining the design intent of the Design team.
