Project Involvement
North Middlesex University Hospital (£150 Million)
The project included the construction of a state-of-the-art diagnostic centre, five inpatient wards, a 48-bed early emergency assessment unit, eight new operating theatres, a spacious outpatients ward and an Accident & Emergency department that has become the biggest in North London as well as a diagnostics unit featuring equipment such as Tessler MRI scanners, new CT scanners, ultrasound units and a new mammography unit.

v Preparing EPCO schedules with inputs from engineering and procurement departments/EP contractors in Primavera P6 & MS Project 2010.
v Resource loading & levelling.
v Analyzing the progress using S-Curve. Generating reports on daily, weekly & fortnightly basis depicting the Achievements, Critical Issues, Schedule Analysis, Progress Analysis, Front Analysis, Equipment Analysis and Manpower Analysis.
