Project Planner – ASU, Tatchbury Mount (P21 under NEC 2nd Ed.

Construction planner for various construction projects in Yorkshire. Also an administrator for the companies P6 Enterprise system.

Construction planner on a £40M road scheme for LCC. Duties involved keeping the contract programme up to date with progress and inputting / analysing any changes and producing CE programmes where required.

• Establish and implement the project control system and integration with administrative and operational procedure.
• Oversee preparation of the Project Master Schedule for Design and Construction and Contractor’s schedule.
• Administration of Contracts and Claims.
• Technical and commercial evaluation of bidders.
• Preparation of monthly narrative cost, schedule and financial reports.
• Ensure that Project Engineers, along with Quantity Surveyor are aware of and have a common understanding of their respective functions and responsibility.

 A highly experienced project time management practitioner with particular skills in the analysis of time related claims. Core experience has been gained through roles in planning, risk analysis, project controls and associated business development activities across the full project life-cycle within the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and construction industries.
