• Monitor Site activities in relation with the to-do list and alter or change the master schedule in reference to the same;

New Jersey Light Rail Project

Client: New Jersey Transit Corporation
$615 million design, build, operate and maintain a 34-mile diesel light rail transit system extending from Trenton to Camden, N.J.

•Monitored cost reports and provided weekly and monthly cost reports to my Project Manager.
•Coordinated with construction, field engineering teams to establish logical work sequences
•Created (weekly and monthly) cost and schedule tracking charts and reports.

Working as a project Engineer in planning, monitoring, and devloping Work schedules for Electrical power station that is include Engineering, procurment , and construction schedules for all discplines (Civil, Electrical, Arch, Mechanical, Plant Design and piping, and controls systems) and also for all packages (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Offshore,CTGs, STGs, HRSGs,Transformers, Pupms,...etc)

Current Role

• I've Prepared the Dal Molin, Vicenza, Solicitation for the US Army – the project included €240.000.000 works for the enlargement of the base including various barracks, POV parking garages, battalion headquarters, etc.. The solicitation was awarded to CMC di Ravenna and is currently in progress. Actualli I'm managing the schedule and cost control of the project.
