Experience summary

Responsibilities included; Monitoring on site works and maintained the Critical Path networks in Primavera, including updating, reporting and implementation of logic and resource changes as required. Monitor the scheduling of project milestones and ensure and potential delays or risks are met with appropriate solutions. Monitored the scheduling of project milestones.

Developed Master CPM Schedules integrating all project phases (funding through occupancy) in coordination with stakeholders and  managed schedule interface (hand-off) points.
