Preparing Level 3 & 4 Schedule, Control sheets, daily, weekly and monthly report, revised schedules, budgets updates and preparing any claim calculations and documents for all work packages, preparing variance reports for the material and equipment and manpower usage and suggest any needed corrective actions.

I joined DGA (UK) Ltd in 2007 and have been working as a Programming Consultant, I am currently working closely with the Senior Management Team of BK Gulf LLC on various projects in the UAE – I have been tasked with improving the standard of planning in the company. The role includes the introduction of bespoke project control tools and the training the company planners in scheduling techniques.

Balfour Kilpatrick – Planning Engineer to Technical Services Manager

Technical Services Manager for the Southern Region of Balfour Kilpatrick. In this role I had responsibility for all Planning, Quality, Environmental and Risk Management functions along with a large involvement in the Commercial functions for the region.

With over 25years experience in The Heavy Civils & Construction Industry. I have had the benefit of working on some of the very best projects both in the UK and overseas. Starting as a Site Engineer and progressively working up to Project Director I have gained extensive expierence of all aspects of Project Delivery at the highest level having worked on major Highway, Bridges, Rail and Water schemes.

Planning manger in Building Industry with specialist earth and ground works contractor. responsible for tender and construction phase planning. Claims and demonstartion of delay & disruption, prolongation and formal EOT to various forms of contract.

Sideline role in Quality and Environmental Sytems bringing ISO 9001 and 14001 to the business and over seeing its implementation and upkeep.

Quasi Contracts Manager role covering site and specific skilled teams including CCTV and Drainage jetting.
