Working in the field of Project Management from more than 10 years. I am a post graduate from India and currently working in United Arab Emirates. My work experience is mostly on Roads and Infrastructure Works.

Job Description :

1.Review and evaluate Contractor's work programs submissions for approval.

2.Advise and assist the Contractor in the development of the work programs.

3.Record and report the actual progress of the works versus the planned.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in preparing and updating the Overall Schedule of the project using PRIMAVERA project planner Software.
• Preparation of Operating Schedules.
• Analyzing items costs to prepare Claims, and preparing the Revised Bill of Quantities BOQ.

Overall in-charge of the PROJECT PLANNING/SCHEDULING & CONTROL of the three(3) simultaneous large scale Airport Core Development projects, "OLYMPIAN CITY 1 & 2" in Tai Kok Tsui, HK, which include:

12years working experiences(1998 to 2010)

• 3 years in Soil Engineering works
• 1 year in Geotechnical Design
• 5 years in Project Planning experiences in HK/China
• 2 years in Project Planning experiences in UAE
• 1 yearin Project Planningexperiencesin Oman
• Hold China, HK, UAE, Oman Driving License
• Familiar with P3, P6, MS and Asta Project

Current Role: Prepare detailed schedule, resource calculation and loading, project control and reporting, delay analysis and recommend measure.
