Working in Paris Metro RATP. I was working in an study project for the lesson learnd of metro transportation accidents and write the preventive plan for intern situation.

ATo monitor the cost and project progress trend-lines using the various project control methods and planning strategies

AIdentify the delays in the execution of the project or activities via schedule analysis and PERT methodology of sequencing the activities with even distribution of loads

ACoordinate with the Cost engineers to devise means of extracting details of the project cost and schedule health with respect to planned and forecasted cost

In 2004 I started working within the UK Defence industry for BAE Systems predominantly focused on Project Control. In 2012 I moved to BAE Systems Saudi Arabia based in Riyadh working as a Senior Project Co-ordinator to gain international experience working on Defence export contracts.
