a. Accomplish the challenge of the time bound project in 6 months, a scope to renovate the complete store including Civil, structural, MEP and refrigeration works, without shutting down client operations.
b. Meet day-to-day constraints of customer access, and project works to run in coordination. Strategy was to take up and handover partially phases of the store, refrigeration and electrical services renovation being the main constraints.
