Responsible for Cost Control, maintaining and reporting on budget as well as cost to date. Forecasting and Change Management need constant management and need to align the scope, budget and programme with each change we receive to design.

I am a project management/controls, contracts and claims professional. I thrive on the delivery of high-risk high value (HRHV) complex industrial, commercial, healthcare, energy, resources and rail projects in Middle East, Asia and Oceania.  To many owners and their EPC/EPCM contractors, I am synonymous with project capture and integration of quality, cost, schedule and risks through discipline planning and VDC-Virtual Design & Construction.
