New build Bridge City Shopping Centre 60,000m2 with four line railway station below. Responsible for the site planning and progress reporting, extension of time claims, acceleration programmes, subcontractor coordination. Also tender planning for the region.

16th Oxygen Train Substation

I was the manager in charge of the civil construction for the new 16th Oxygen Train Substation at the SASOL Secunda oil from coal plant. The contract was run under the NEC form of contract and the EPCM Contractor was Foster Wheeler.

I managed the project for WBHO Construction with a Contracts Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor reporting to me. The construction works were planned using CCS Candy Siteplan. Progress was monitored and reported on weekly using the hours worked as the criteria.
