Projects: St Pancreas Redevelopment; Jubilee Line Extension

Responsibilities:

Exclusive Planning & Project Management of the entire project including scheduling and resource planning. 

Preparation of project baseline S curve and updates of the project on a  weekly basis.

Monitoring & controlling progress update for an effective Management Information System.

Time impact management

Supervised production of 8000 MT/Month capacity steel centre which operated with 8 CNC machine, with 200MT production avg./day.
