Duties
Short term (quartely) planning for a section of works in a civil engineering project using MS Projects
Montoring and updating progress
Creating & monitoring programmes using ASTA PowerProject from tender stage to construction stage including short term, finishing, as-built & procurement programmes Ensuring critical path & float are easily identifiable for all stakeholders and relationships, durations and logic is evident Providing site team with daily, weekly and monthly reports along with activity monitoring & progress charts Reviewing & analysing contract documents at tender stage to compile accurate tender programmes incorporating labour resources & materials
-Provide Baseline Schedule for all infrastructure activity.
-Provide Clear and concise WBS, Contract Milestone, Scope of Work and deliverables.
-Provide Progress graphical and narrative Report
-Update schedule and determine activity that our delay
-Attend regular meeting
-Provide MS Excel forecasting report
