Work with Project Managers, IPT's & Engineering to perform detailed cost planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting.

• Create and update a finance/EVM tool. Generate funding and staffing profiles, sales outlook, current spending plan, and perform analyses to ensure contract compliance.

• Track, document, and implement all approved changes to the program baseline (Baseline Change Request/Authorization execution).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Assist the Project Manager in reviewing project communications and identifying key issues requiring action/response.

Planning Engineer SELEX-SAS(formerly BAE SYSTEMS). Project planning, scheduling and cost control on defence avionics projects.

At the time, this project was the biggest in Europe. I worked for the Formation Cost & Control Manager. The plans were in their infancy and they desperately needed their plans integrated with their costs. I developed a process to ensure the monthly reports corresponded to the plans and were consistent. Extensive use of Email, Word, Excel, MS Project and Artemis. Artemis International sub-contracted me for this contract as one of their consultants.

Provided hardware and software troubleshooting expertise to Metier's Customer Support Group and clients. Expert in HP1000 architecture, RTE operating environment, and ARTEMIS 4gl and relational database.

Created the technical consulting organization when Artemis opened their first offices in the United States.

Project Office Manager for Advanced targetting. Managed approx 14 staff who provided the planning and project support for the business sector. Sat on the management team for the sector.
