Administrative Responsibilities

Tasked as local Government Department Head responsible for the administration of:

Supporting the Project Managers in the day to day Project Controls functions such as cost control, capturing risk, change, progress and milestones for projects and bids.

• Administrative responsibilities and preparing presentations to General Manager, Filing and Meeting Arrangements

Responsible for marketing, administration, planning and cost control for New Zealand Worley Ltd.’s Northland operation, located at Marsden Point.

The Northland branch was established to service The New Zealand Refining Company.

Specific Projects worked on during this time are:

Jan 1997 - Mar 1997         

1.Develop planning strategy, structure, system, plans and resources needed for all Offshore Completion

activities.

2.Operation plans supervision.

3.Develop the necessary administrative systems needed to follow-up all training activities.

4.Establish strategies and system for Authority liaison, identify and follow-up all necessary

governmental approvals needed for Offshore Completion activities

5.Responsible for administrative system

Duties included managing and producing the weekly and monthly site integrated plan and plan attainment.  This involved down loading info from the clients work management tool ( MP5), importing into planning software and producing weekly and monthly progress and productivity report and issuing to an agreed distribution list. 

Duties included:

• Collate and  record onsite weekly timesheets in preparation to submitting to company payroll department
• Arrange workforce flights and accommodation
• General office duties included printing and distribution
• Organising and attending meetings and producing minutes from  the meeting
• Data entry and system archiving
• Training and mentoring a new administration assistant
