This project entails modifications to 6.9 miles of the existing Interstate 90 highway – including a floating bridge and two tunnels.

Position Scope:

• Control of processes related to the production and submission of Design Deliverables to client in accordance with the Design Development Plan and the Design and Construction Program within the Quality Management System.
• Ensure documentation is compliant with Document Control standards for the ICT workstream.
• Lead the Quality Management for the ICT workstream and follow up on compliance with Quality Management Standards for the ICT subcontractors, through performance of quality audits.

Accelerating BIM adoption across the buisness as an end to end process.  Creating a single data set.  Planning and production control workflows via a digital toolset.

i am responsible for driving BIM mobilisation and implementation of Government Departments as they move towards a mandated adoption by 2016. 

Working with the various Government Departments and other stakeholders such as institutes, academia and working parties to ensure that the these new efficiency paradigms can be unlocked.
