·         Understand and Evaluate the offer to the customer including technical and commercial terms

·         Review and assess technical specification, BOQ (bill of Quantity) to determine suitable product offering

·         Understanding client requirements and managing each project from the clients' perspective and consistently delivering to match client expectations.

Good experience in the Project Control Area: in the beginning as planning engineer, then as responsible for cost control activities, and from 2002 as Project Control Manager.

Main fields: EPC contracts in the oil & gas field, gas and cogeneration plants, power plants, offshore projects, FPSO, FRSU.
