Perth Airport Expansion

Role: Planner/Lead Planner

Duties: Maintaining/Statusing construction program, developing commissioning program, progress reporting, EOT claims

• Prepare Preliminary Project Construction Programme & Method Statement for Tender submissions.
• Prepare detailed programme & Method Statement for Construction.
• Conduct Meeting with site engineer’s for reviewing progress.
• Update the Construction Schedules.
• Prepare delay-notices to Engineer in regards to Employer’s delay events.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare Detailed Particulars (Contractor’s claims) for Extension of Time using recognised construction industry methods applicable to the contract conditions.

·         Ensured all engineering work is completed on schedule, on budget and in accordance with client and company established work procedures and quality.

·         Coordinated with Project Teams on all Quality aspects and ascertained works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity and quality targets.

Planning & Coordination Manager – Setec Industries – Vélizy - France

Plannification and coordination manager on a new tramway project (T6 line, southern Paris). Total cost : 384 millions of €

·         Prepared detailed takeoffs from division 2 to division 13.

·         Advised and coordinate the procurement Engineer on procurement strategy.

·         Prepared a cost price breakdown for a new works not included in the BOQ.

·         Revised cost price breakdown for potential savings.

Current Role

Manage Project Managers and developments within budget, on programme and with good quality and ensure compliance with all statutory, building regulations and procurement guidelines.

Report to directors in South Africa on all projects in Ghana.

Analyse and manage new development opportunities to maximise the returns for the company and unlock the value of vacant land and bulk in hand.

Value engineering of developments or redevelopments concepts and refinement to ensure future proofing of the investment.
