Responsible for 7 associates planning 300km per year of water mains rehabilitation. Own the direct labour and external sub contractor resource programme, ensuring the resource is correctly allocated to the works. Responsible for producing weekly cost / sales reports to monitor profitability of works by teams and projects.
· Led the scheduling team for monitoring/controlling of O&G project with TIC $1.BM;
· Developed the resource loaded schedule for O&G EPC project with TIC $1.5B;
· Led the scheduling team (5 Senior Scheduler) for a Program with TIC $180M;
· Directly managed the master construction schedule (3 contractors) with TIC $120;
Duties
· Coordinate management of the related project directed toward strategic business and organizational objectives.
· Plan and provide work direction as required for the preparation of planning and scheduling control systems to evaluate and improve the efficiency of their project execution.
· Provide staff guidance to Engineering and Construction supervisors by analyzing and evaluating all pertinent data.
o Taking Lead in Preparation of Contract baseline programme and checks and assuring that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned schedules.
o Review and assess the work sequences with the total project plan.
o Integrating inter-discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines or specialties.
