Generation of strategic start up plans, revision of integrated work practices, upgrading of IT systems, training of internal & external construction delivery teams in new processes, tracking of programme delivery, review & revision of performance.
Client's Site Project Services Manager responsible for the Planning & Reporting, and oversight of Contracts Admin and DCC functions for the Project.
