Project budgeting, release of new projects, EPC planning, monitoring execution including 3rd party supply from foreign countries, delivery, commissioning, service support during warranty phase and and claim management.

Management of the demobilisation of existing contractors & the mobilisation of new contractors delivering the asset expansion delivery programme for an international energy infrastructure organization involved in natural gas transmission, distribution & infrastructure development business. Generation of strategic start up plans, revision of integrated work practices, upgrading of IT systems, training of internal & external construction delivery teams in new processes, tracking of programme delivery, review & revision of performance.

Client's Site Project Services Manager responsible for the Planning & Reporting, and oversight of Contracts Admin and DCC functions for the Project. Planning role includes the monitoring and review of Contractors Baseline and Update submissions to ensure compliance with Company & Project requirements.
