Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning/Control
•Develop and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure for the project.
•Create and maintain the Project Management Plans, Project Initiation Document, Risks Register & Communication Plans.
•Develop and maintain the Project Schedules.
Single point of contact for coordination with the consultants for resolution of ground issuesSolely responsible for planning and documentation of the projectPrepared Master Construction ScheduleDeveloped resource uploaded schedule and micro schedule for the projectRegularly tracked timeline and cost to monitor as per approved schedule and budgetEscalated any deviation in schedule and cost to the top management for interventionMaintaining Cash Flow StatementsOverseeing all
