• Created the manpower histogram & cash inflows to find out the resource availability and the different options to arrange the remaining resource
• Tracked the different delay events and prepared the EOT claims, accordingly
• Actively involved with their projects, as per the request from the ADNOC and ADCO managements

• Review contractors project schedule and prepare join schedule of contractor work.

• Monitor and analyze ongoing construction offshore schedule and advice works priority.

• Prepare and monitor status of variation works.

• Coordinate with Construction and Operation to maintain the target schedule as Contractor 3 week look ahead plan.

• Intergrate the Fabrication planning with the Offshore work planning.

• Coordinate with Engineering team to accommodate input from Engineering task sheet.
