MBP is one of the premier construction management and program management firms in the country, working closely with the owner, architects, engineers, and other consultants to develop the overall plan for the project. This allows the owner to manage its construction program without creating permanent staff positions.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and updating progress of the programme for the development of six mainline stations to the lead planner.
Development of the master schedule from the interactive planning stage, responsible for setting up the fully resourced and cost loaded programme and progress monitoring using the Earned Value Analysis. Primavera post office was used to get updates from the project team.
Charles developed the integrated cost and schedule for the renewal, rehabilitation, and upgrade of water and wastewater network programme across South London. Established processes to ensure the integrity and the maintenance of the project information and reports.
Responsible for developing and maintaining the plan in Primavera P6 in producing and managing a robust design process. Including the definition of requirements, scope, assumptions, development phasing, work and asset breakdown and verification and validation regime that result in a safe and affordable design for the High Speed 2 (HS2) and London-West Midlands (LWM) project. As well as managing internal design interfaces between discipline leads & PSC’s Project Coordinators.
Responsible for developing a detailed, logic linked, resourced and cost loaded programme that aligns with the submitted Activity Schedule that conforms to the minimum level of detail required within the WBS structure attached. Ensured the programme demonstrates compliance with the sectional completion dates & Contractors time risk allowances.
