Responsibilities: Performing scheduling and planning activities according to contract requirements; Translating project scopes of work into activities and preparing and updating projectprogress reports; providing support services for Oracle ERP; Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan; Monitoring day-to-day work progress and preparing weekly and monthly progressreports; Reporting progress to the top management with comparisons between plans and actualprogres

·         Developing and Maintaining Detailed Project Schedules

·         Monitoring cost and commitment through requisition and invoice review

·         Ensuring active engagement of team members by the delegation of tasks to the appropriate person both on a long-term and on a day-to-day basis

Development of the Field Development Master Schedule.

Up-dating of the Field Development Road Maps to support each approval lifecycle.

Alignment of the project  cost breakdown structure with the schedule work break down structure.

Coordinating all reporting efforts including risk and change management and document management.
