Planning Engineer for Construction Project Planning in Defence Headquarters Project –Akuregoda.

• Preparation of work schedules for installation of elevators.
• Prepare & monitor the Project cost control.
• Pre installation works coordination with contractor.
• Co-ordinate with workers, customers to achieve time bound targets.
• Interacting with clients, consultants and contractors for requirements at site and attending regular meeting.
• Monitoring and tracking the project status along with safety and quality checks.
• Sending “correspondence letter” to clients, consultants and contractors.
• Guide and motivate the workers to maintain

  - Responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver to the Client a facility that meets their expectations and complies with international standards.

 - Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed safely, within the prescribed period and budget, and compliant with the required quality.

 - Responsible for preparing the contractual letters, including the preparation and submission of the Extension of Time Claims.

4). Preparation of Progress Reports (S - Curve, Physical, Financial Progress, etc)

5). Delay Analysis for EOT Claims

6). Evaluating EOT Claims (Time)

Pre Contract Stage:-

1.       Prepare a Sketch Stage Report including;

a.       Estimate of the total cost for the works at present prices based on the area, volume or some typical unit

2.       Prepare tender and contract documents as necessary for the surveys, studies or tests,

3.       analyze and report on tenders received
