Major Highlights & Responsibilities: TWMA-Scotland Based multinational company through Bakhat Business House Karachi (BBH) hired my services for the project of OBM Treatment at Bhit Gas Field as Maintenance Planning Engineer. I was involved in Making schedules and plans for Plant maintenance, Making resource plans and analysis through histograms and s-curves,  Making Status report ,Hands on Control the Roto Mill plant through PLC system, Involved in performing overall maintenance, operation and trouble shooting of the plant

Responsibilities:Hassan Farooqi & Company (HFC) hired my services as Maintenance Planning Engineer from Dec 01, 2006 to Feb 24, 2007 during the Overhaul 2007 of PPTA. Scheduling for Scaffolding, Painting & Insulations works. Monitoring of the overhaul jobs and updating of the schedules & Implementation of HSE.

Responsibilities Highlights: Descon Engineering Pvt. Ltd hired my services in the capacity of Turn around Planning Engineer, for the PARCO-ATR.In this particular position, I was personally responsible for defining and proposing turn around scope of work, scheduling & planning, making work progress reports, making of inspection reports and dossier for client for following equipment:

My responsibilities were;

Preparing & monitoring overall project master Schedule. Preparing manpower deployment plan. Progress Monitoring & Reporting. Preparing and updating Weekly look ahead schedules .Making BOQ as required by client. Making and submission of invoices to client. Co-ordination with client. Additional on – site responsibilities

• Prepare work plan, and  monitor progress, costs and quality of construction works
• Monitor measurements for processing of payments, checking of invoices, endorsing the payments
• Prepare monthly payment forecast and progress reports.
• Subcontract (SC) Post-contract Management including re-measures; SC Liabilities; SC Payment Certificates; SC Variations; SC Contract Charges
• Interaction with Procurement, Stores, and Execution and Planning department
